A Janesville auto dealer with several locations throughout town is looking relocate to a new part of the city.
Planning Director Duane Cherek says the Boucher auto group is proposing two approximately 20,000 square foot dealerships on the northeast corner of Milton Avenue and Kettering Street.
Cherek says the properties would have substantial buffering to existing residential properties on the north side of the property via landscaping, and they feel the proposal fits nicely onto the site.
A public hearing for citizens to voice their opinion on the project is scheduled for the Plan Commission’s July 17th meeting.
