ABC Supply Co., which is continuing its rapid expansion path in 2024, received a $878,243 building permit in June to build out the fourth floor of the NSC2 building.

When completed, the 132,000-square-foot NSC2 building, which was built in 2019, will have room for 600 ABC Supply employees.

While ABC Supply is beginning work on that project, Corporate Contractors Inc. appears to be in the finishing stages on the two-story 43,856-square-foot ABC Learning Center.

ABC Supply received a building permit on the 1300 Prince Hall Drive project in July of 2023 and valued the construction cost at $12.34 million.

ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and exterior and interior building products in North America and its continued to grow in the first half of the year.

Since Jan. 1, ABC has acquired United Roofing Supply of Katy, Texas, and two Canadian companies, All Canadian Building Products of Surrey, British Columbia, and Herman’s Supply Company of Ontario, Canada.

According to Rock County records, ABC Supply and Hendricks Holding Co., both owned by Diane Hendricks, are Beloit’s third largest employer with nearly 1,200 workers combined.
