Janesville, WI (October 7, 2024) – Mathew Rogers has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates as a commercial real estate broker. The office is located at 400 Midland Ct, Ste 101, in Janesville.
Rogers is the first agent to join the team under new firm Owner and Managing Broker Adam Shultz, who purchased the company in 2023. Rogers is a licensed Broker in California and has recently attained his Wisconsin real estate Brokers license.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates, Rogers lived on the West Coast and worked for a hospitality development firm. After managing several hotel and nightclub redevelopments, he started his own vacation rental management company, which continues today. Rogers is from Milton, WI, and graduated from the University of Central Florida.
